Good, but a bit overpriced for an aging hotel.

Great water pressure for shower. Staff at front desk were nice. Location and parking. I had to depart a few days early and the hotel immediately removed the charges as I had paid ahead.

The hotel is clearly aging. Worn furniture. The power outlets on my desk did not work forcing me to use an alternate plug in an awkward position.

Regular customer

Unique rooms, not cookie cutter, clean, 24 hour gym around the corner, plenty of restaurants nearby.

No gym, restaurant, if you arrive late parking gets very tight due to an on-site karaoke place

Stay

Clean, good location

Restaurant, gym closed, some peeling paint in room, got 2 shampoos no bath gel my second night. They should leave partial bottles in the room go multiple night guests, seems a waste.

It got the job done.

Housekeeping was very pleasant and friendly. They came very frequently with clean towels and regularly cleaned the room while we were away.

The upgrades/remodel seemed rushed and it felt somewhat “unfinished” in places. Exposed pipes under the sinks and inside cabinets, the shower door did not seal and water would pool in the corners of the bathroom, electrical behind the tv was exposed with a jagged hole cut in the wall to run cables. A larger fridge (with a freezer) and a small microwave in the room would have been an pleasant addition for those staying longer than a night or two.

Pleasant

The room was big and so was the bed and the bathroom. Had a bathtub and a walk-in shower. Pretty nice. Had some decent samgyapssal around the corner.

The building seemed still to be under construction. I like to use the stairs and they were occupied due to construction work. Later on I realised that there was a second stairways which I was not informed about. Would have been nice to know. The walls of the room were concrete whcih gives a semi weird parking house/art gallery vibe. Not so homey.

Excellent!

Super clean and very comfy. I liked the green hallway of rooms in black doors. With different paintings too. I love paintings so it add up to the beauty of the hallway. The receptionists were very nice. Near to tourist attractions by car. It's in downtown area so shops are everywhere.

I enjoyed my stays overall once again!

Some years ago not long after the hotel was opened, we stayed here for our wedding with friends and family. It was very nice to stay there with spacious rooms and everyone had different styles of rooms. Very convenient location. Lots of good restaurants around. Close to the main street but far enough to stay away from the noise. Very friendly staffs. We had guests from overseas back then and we had so many compliments. People thought we paid a couple hundreds of dollars per room. We now live outside the country and visited the town again, we chose Tpoint hotel without a second thought. We actually did not even search. Just went straight ahead and booked our stays. The bed was absolutely comfortable. They had an electric heating mat on the mattress so it was perfect during this winter time. It is just nice to have big opened windows in a hotel room and good space around. The room was quiet, they have free on-site parking available, easy access WiFi in the room, stores(Lotte mart, convenient stores, and Olive Young) in the walking distance. Bus terminal and a big department store within 10 minutes rides.

Looked like they are starting big renovations soon. Our checkout day there was loud banging noise from the hallway sounded like a bunch of people throwing metal chairs or something on the floor. It started around 07:30 in the morning so I could not sleep in as I planned to. I just wanted to enjoy that comfy bed a bit longer. I don't know if they are going to renovate the rooms as well but I wish they would put some actual bathrooms there with some privacy. The sign is saying that it is a tourist hotel but because of that part it feels like a love hotel. And glass bathroom door is a bit much even for a married couple. Besides that, I have no complains.

nice hotel, wrong end of town for families.

Rooms were large and comfortable. Modern and clean.

Location was not great. Definitely the drinking/party area of town, so not family friendly. Getting to any attraction, like the Korea independence hall, took at least an hour by bus.

Good

The room was spacious and the bed is quite large and relatively comfortable. The hotel provides all the basic toiletries, except toothpaste so make sure to bring or buy some. Location is also very close to many cafes, restaurants and other stores.

I was looking forward to making use of the bath in my room but was disappointed when after filling the tub with water it had drained??? For some reason, there are gaps in the plug so the water doesn't actually stay in the tub. Very unfortunate and a massive waste of water.
